Can I send notifications to multiple team members?
Yes. When creating a rule, you can select one or more team members from your business admin list as recipients. Each selected recipient will receive the notification on all chosen channels.
Note that the cost is calculated as: number of recipients × number of channels × price per channel. For example, sending an SMS + WhatsApp alert to 3 team members costs: 3 × (SMS price + WhatsApp price).
Only business Owners and Admins can create and manage notification rules.
