How do I configure voucher settings (split, expiration)?
After creating a voucher, go to its Edit info page to configure the settings:
Usage Type
- Digital — Customer uses it online at checkout. The voucher value is deducted from the order total.
- Redeemable — Staff scans the voucher QR code at the event. Used for physical goods or services.
Can be split (Digital only)
When enabled, the voucher can be used partially across multiple orders. For example, a 100 EUR voucher can be used for 30 EUR in one order and 70 EUR in another.
When disabled, the full voucher value must be used in a single transaction.
This option is only available for Digital vouchers. Redeemable vouchers are always consumed fully when scanned.
Expiration
Choose when the voucher expires after purchase:
- No expiration — Never expires.
- Event period — Expires when the event ends.
- 30 / 60 / 90 / 180 / 365 days — Expires X days after the customer buys it.
- Custom date — Set a specific expiration date.
