Can I disable or deactivate a pre-sale code?

Yes, you have full control over pre-sale codes:

For Shared codes:

To disable a shared code, simply edit the price and either:

• Turn off "Require access code for this price" — the price becomes open to everyone.
• Change the code — the old code stops working, only the new one works.

For Unique codes:

You can disable individual registrations:

1. Go to Sales & Products → Pre-sale codes.
2. Click "Registrations" on the unique-code price.
3. Find the registration and click "Disable".
4. That user's code will stop working immediately.

You can re-enable it later if needed.

Removing pre-sale entirely:

Edit the price and uncheck "Require access code for this price". The price becomes a normal open price. Any existing registrations remain in the database but become inactive.
