Why is my event not published after I clicked Publish?
If your event shows a Pending Approval status after publishing, it means it needs to be reviewed by the Tixmondo team first.
How the approval process works
- New organizers' events are reviewed before going live — this ensures quality and prevents misuse
- You'll see a yellow "Pending Approval" badge on your event's visibility page
- The Tixmondo team typically reviews events within a few hours
- Once approved, your event is automatically published and visible to customers
After enough approved events, you get auto-approve
Once you've had several events successfully approved, your account earns auto-approve status. From that point, all your future events are published instantly — no waiting.
If your event is rejected, you'll receive a notification with the reason and can make changes and re-submit.
