What is the difference between free and paid member cards?

The key differences affect both pricing and the application process:

Free member cards:

• No cost for the customer.
• Application goes through the full process: questionnaire (if configured) → admin approval (if required) → card issued.
• All rules (approval, questionnaire, photo requirement) are applied.
• Available on the free subscription plan.

Paid member cards:

• Customer pays the configured price (plus optional service fee).
• Questionnaire and admin approval are automatically bypassed — the card is issued immediately upon successful payment.
• Photo requirement still applies (if configured).
• Requires a subscription upgrade to enable selling.
• You can set multiple price periods with different amounts, currencies, and stocks.

When adding or editing a price, use the 'This member card is free' toggle. Each price period can independently be free or paid, giving you flexibility to offer promotional free periods.
