How much do Organizer Notifications cost?
Each notification sent is charged from your Business Wallet balance. The cost depends on the channel:
- Email — the most affordable option
- SMS — standard SMS rate
- WhatsApp — WhatsApp Business message rate
The exact pricing per channel is displayed on the Organizer Notifications page when creating a rule. The total cost per trigger = number of recipients × number of channels selected.
Make sure you have sufficient wallet balance before your event. You can top up your balance from Administrative → Balance → Top up.
