    Can I manually hold or release tables for specific guests?

    Yes! On your event's Table Reservations page, you can:

    • Hold a table — Click on an available table and select “Hold”. Enter the guest's name, phone, and email. The table will be marked as held (blocked for that guest) and appear in a different color on the floor plan.
    • Release a table — In the reservations list, find the held table and click “Release”. The table becomes available again for customers.

    Held tables are not visible to customers as available — they appear as “unavailable” on the customer-facing floor plan.
