How do I offer member-only discounts on event tickets?
Tixmondo lets you create exclusive prices visible only to holders of your member cards. This is one of the most powerful ways to reward loyalty.
Setting up member pricing
- Go to your event's e-ticket (or voucher/bundle) price settings
- When editing a price, enable Member Card Pricing
- Select which member card type(s) qualify for the discount
- Set the member price (lower than the regular price)
- Optionally set a limit per member (e.g., max 2 tickets at member price)
How customers see it
- Non-members see the regular price only
- Card holders see both prices with the member price highlighted
- The system automatically verifies membership at checkout
- If a member exceeds their ticket limit, additional tickets are at regular price
This works across tickets, vouchers, and bundles — anywhere you set prices.
