How do I scan and redeem vouchers at my event?
Redeemable vouchers can be scanned at the event using the same check-in scanner used for e-tickets:
- Open the scanning app or scanner page.
- Scan the QR code on the customer voucher.
- The system will show the voucher details (name, value, status).
- If the voucher is valid and not yet redeemed, tap "Check in" to mark it as used.
After check-in:
- The voucher is marked with the timestamp, who checked it in, and the scanner name.
- The voucher cannot be used again (one-time redemption).
Tip: Digital vouchers work the same way — they also have a QR code that can be scanned.
