What happens if I don't have enough wallet balance for a notification?
If your wallet balance is insufficient when a rule triggers, the notification will not be sent. The alert log will show the status as No balance.
To avoid missing important notifications:
- Check your wallet balance on the Organizer Notifications page
- Top up your balance before events from Administrative → Balance → Top up
- Monitor the notification history for any failed deliveries
No charges are made if the notification cannot be sent due to insufficient balance.
