When and how do I get paid for my sales?

Tixmondo transfers your earnings after deducting the applicable commission. The payment model is set per business:

A) After Event:

For events with a fixed date, payment is made within a maximum of 10 business days after the event concludes. The amount is transferred to the IBAN registered in your billing information.

B) Periodic:

For recurring products (table reservations, paid member cards, products without a fixed event date), settlement is made periodically according to an agreed schedule.

Important:

• The settlement model applies to all events and products of your business.
• Payment is made by bank transfer to the IBAN in your billing info.
• Tixmondo may offset amounts you owe (e.g., subscription fees) against your sales proceeds.
