How do I control when my event becomes visible to customers?
Event visibility determines when customers can see and purchase tickets.
Visibility Settings:
- Open your event and go to Edit Event.
- Find the Visibility section.
- Set the dates when the event should be visible.
Key Points:
- An event is not visible by default when first created.
- You must explicitly set it as visible and define a visibility period.
- Each product also has its own "Visible From" and "Visible Until" dates.
- Even if the event is visible, tickets won't appear unless they have an active price within a visible period.
Tip: Prepare everything in advance and launch ticket sales at a specific date and time.
