How do refunds work for tickets and vouchers?
Refund policies are set by the event organizer, not by Tixmondo. Each event may have different refund rules.
General guidelines:
- Check the event page for the organizer's refund policy before purchasing.
- If a refund is available, contact the event organizer directly through the event page or their contact information.
- For cancelled events, organizers typically issue refunds automatically.
Tix Assurance: Some events offer an optional Tix Assurance add-on at checkout. If purchased, it provides a guaranteed refund in specific circumstances (e.g., illness, travel issues). Check the terms during checkout.
