How do I create a new voucher for my event?
To create a new voucher:
- Open your event from Events → Dashboard.
- Go to the Sales & Products tab and click Vouchers.
- Click "Add new voucher".
- In the modal, fill in:
- Voucher name — e.g., "Gift Card 100 EUR", "Cocktail Voucher".
- Usage type — Choose between Digital (online checkout) or Redeemable (scanned at event).
- Nominal value — The face value of the voucher (e.g., 100 EUR). This is what the voucher is worth, not what you sell it for.
- Currency — EUR, RON, or USD.
- Click "Continue to next step".
You will be redirected to the Edit Voucher page where you can complete the setup (description, settings, visibility) and then add pricing.
