How do currency and exchange rates work for wallet top-ups?
Your wallet balance is always displayed in EUR. However, payments are processed in RON (Romanian Lei) through the Netopia payment gateway.
The EUR to RON exchange rate is fixed at the moment you initiate the top-up. This means you receive exactly the EUR amount shown on the top-up page, regardless of any exchange rate fluctuations that may occur during payment processing.
The approximate RON amount is displayed on the top-up page before you confirm the payment.
