What services can I pay for with my wallet balance?
Your wallet balance can be used to pay for platform services including:
- SMS notifications — send text messages to your customers (event reminders, ticket confirmations, etc.).
- Email campaigns — bulk email sending for marketing and communication.
- Push notifications — mobile app push messages to your audience.
- Marketing campaigns — promotional tools and features.
Each service has a per-unit price that you can view in the Balance dashboard. The cost is deducted automatically from your balance when you use the service.
If your balance is insufficient for a service, you will be prompted to top up before proceeding.
