What are the steps to fully set up a member card type before activating it?

Before you can activate a member card type and make it visible to customers, you need to complete these steps:

1. Edit Info (required)

• Set the name and description.
• Upload a logo (recommended for a professional look).
• Choose the availability type (rolling period or fixed end date).
• Set available dates (when customers can acquire the card).

2. Add at least one Price (required)

• Go to Prices → Setup prices → Add new price.
• Choose Free or Paid.
• Set the price amount, currency, and optionally a service fee (0-10%).
• Set stock (unlimited or limited).
• Set start and end dates for this price.

3. Rules (optional)

• Require admin approval for new member requests.
• Require members to have a profile photo.

4. Questionnaire (optional)

• Add custom questions that members must answer when applying.
• Only available on certain subscription plans.

5. Bonus Points (optional)

• Configure a loyalty points system where members earn points for spending.
• Only available on certain subscription plans.
