    A customer gave the wrong email at checkout — how do I resend their tickets to the correct address?

    Go to Sales Reports → All Orders, find the order and click the expand arrow. You have two options:

    • Send a single item — click Send to email next to the specific ticket, voucher or reservation, enter the correct address, and confirm.
    • Resend the full order — click Resend full order in the order header, enter the correct address, and confirm. All PDFs will be sent in one email.

    Every resend is logged in an audit trail (who sent it, when, to which address). There is no resend limit.
